Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client's growing team. This is a varied position requiring you to think fast on your feet and have the capability to prioritise your workload, with no two days the same.

You will offer end-to-end order management support; processing complex orders, liaising with logistic partners and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Bracknell
Salary: up to 35k DOE
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Key responsibilities include:

• Process incoming orders with precision, ensuring information and specifications are 100% accurate.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries regarding general enquiries, order status, and shipping.
• Work closely with logistics providers ensuring all tracking and relevant information is recorded.
• Maintain the database with accurate and up to date information.
• Support with invoicing and POs, as and when required.

What we are looking for:

• Previous Order Processing/Sales Admin experience is a must
• Tech savvy- proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Proactive and detail oriented
• Confident communicator with internal and external contacts
• Solution focused mindset
