What You'll Do:

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering all incoming customer service calls

• Updating the CRM system with customer notes

• Ensure all issues are resolved by the end of each working day
