D C Robinson LTD, a small, family-run transport business based in Bedfordshire, is looking for an organised and proactive Transport Administrator to support our daily operations.

Key responsibilities:

? Supporting the day-to-day transport operation

? Liaising with drivers and customers

? Handling paperwork and compliance documentation

? Data entry and maintaining accurate records

? Assisting with scheduling and planning

What were looking for:

? Strong organisational and communication skills

? Good attention to detail

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

? Previous experience in transport/logistics (preferred but not essential)

? Competent with Microsoft Excel and general admin systems

? Driving license required due to location
