Data Administrator

Based near the Redditch area, an opportunity has arisen for a Data Administrator to join a global leader in sustainable supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for processing customer movement declaration files, ensuring stock records are accurately updated within internal systems and maintained to a high standard of precision.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will analyse data submissions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate integration of movements. This role plays an important part in maintaining data integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.

As the Data Administrator, you will be responsible for -

• Receiving, analysing and integrating customer declaration files into the internal IT system.
• Registering declared movements, managing file rejections, and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicating with customers regarding rejected files or non-agreed drop points.
• Creating and maintaining matching tables to ensure movements are assigned to the correct internal accounts.
• Analysing customer declarations to ensure movements are accurately recorded.
• Monitoring the quality and timeliness of submitted data.
• Keeping customer flow documentation up to date.
• Supporting projects as required.

Ideally you will have the following skills & experience -

• 1+ years' experience within an administrative, data-focused or analysis role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
• Confident communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Intermediate written and verbal communication skills

• Salary of 25,000- 26,500 p/a.
• Hybrid working available after 6 months
