We are seeking an organised and proactive Compliance Administrator to support the effective delivery of compliance services through high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain monthly contract meeting minutes, KPI trackers and action logs across compliance disciplines

• Act as a key user and champion of the compliance management system, including uploading legacy certification and supporting Tier 2 disciplines

• Provide compliance reporting information to stakeholders

• Support the Compliance Manager and Contract Leads with ad hoc administrative duties

• Ensure compliance data is accurately recorded, stored and maintained

About You:

• Strong administrative background within a compliance or regulated environment

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident using Microsoft Office and data management systems

• Able to manage multiple priorities and support senior stakeholders effectively
