Legal PA

Our client a long-established, progressive law firm with a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client care are seeking a Legal PA to join their team.

We are looking for personable team players to join their Wills, Trusts & Probate department, working alongside a Deputy Head and a Solicitor.

This role is ideal for experienced Personal Assistants who can manage their own workload and support fee earners effectively. You'll need excellent organisational skills, initiative, and a calm, professional approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage fee earners' schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
  • Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact for clients, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Case Management: Maintain accurate records, update case management systems, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Billing & Financial Administration: Assist with billing, invoices, and client account records.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support, including email management, filing, and telephone handling.

Knowledge of Wills, Trusts & Probate is desirable but not essential.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills, including audio typing.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
