Salary:£26,000 - £33,000 Annual

Description:

I am currently recruiting for a highly regarded Law firm based in Bristol, and due to growth in the team, I'm now looking for a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join the team. You'll add tremendous value by supporting their lawyers with a range of secretarial and administrative duties.

You'll be responsible for handling Bighand dictations, invoicing and providing Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports. You'll also manage document production and formatting, including tracking changes, engrossments, and diary management for the legal team. Organising meetings, filing documents using the post folder system, and archiving files will also form part of your day-to-day tasks. You'll need to obtain official copies from the Land Registry, produce search results, confirm bank details with law firms, and assist other teams in dating, scanning, and sending out important documents. Collaboration is a key element of this role, and you'll provide secretarial support to a team of seven fee earners and assist other secretaries with workloads when needed.

If you're looking for a varied and crucial role in a friendly and close-knit team, this could be the opportunity for you.

This would suit someone that is meticulous, organised, and proficient in IT and formatting? You'll have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and strong administrative experience. If you consider yourself a self-starter eager to make a positive impact to a busy team, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, maintaining a calm, helpful, and professional image is crucial to representing our firm positively. While previous secretarial/PA experience is desirable, candidates with experience working within a legal environment will be given preference.

My client has a truly unique and engaging culture, they work hard but also love to have fun and they recognise that it's the social interaction between them that really shapes their culture.

Whilst they work to a hybrid model, for this role they would like you to work from the Bristol office for at least 3-4 days of the week. In this way, you'll benefit first-hand of their warm and friendly culture, but of course they happy to discuss any specific requirements of hybrid working with candidates on an individual basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading well established Law firm, this role offers excellent benefits, hybrid working and competitive salary - please apply today.
