Office Manager Duties:
To provide clerical and administrative support.
To be responsible for carrying out all day-to-day administrative tasks as well as coordinating and implementing office procedures.
To provide a credit control function.
To monitor, implement and maintain all internal processes and procedures relating to Human Resources, Operations, Health & Safety to ensure consistency of legal compliance.
To provide a professional first point of contact for our customers and always maintain excellent customer service levels.
Office Manager Role:
Monday to Friday
9am-5:30pm (30 minute lunch) 40 hours per week
Temporary to permanent ater initial 12 weeks
13.00 per hour (Bonuses available monthly) while on agency and when permanent
27,000 when you have joined the company, monthly and yearly bonuses standard
