Graduate School Data Officer. Are you a graduate with a passion for systems, data and spreadsheets? Do you have a mathematical mind and provide administrative support to a secondary school based in Birmingham? Immediate start - Temp to Perm. Salary £350 - £400 per week. Secondary school based in Central Birmingham. School office based - Data Management, Admin support System development.

• Data Management: Support the maintenance and accuracy of student, staff, and curriculum data in our school's information systems, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to data, including managing data entry, verifying records, and supporting reporting requirements.
• Systems Development: Work with the data team and IT staff to improve data processes, support software updates, and implement best practices.
• Compliance & Data Protection: Help ensure compliance with GDPR and school policies by following data security and confidentiality protocols.

• Strong interest in data management and administration, ideally with some experience in a similar environment.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of data protection principles, including GDPR, or willingness to learn.
• Confident in using data management tools, especially Excel; familiarity with school data systems (like SIMS) is a plus but not essential.
