Executive Assistant to 2 CEOs

• Provide comprehensive executive support to two senior leaders
• Manage busy and often competing diaries, communications and scheduling
• Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare written materials such as papers, summaries and presentations
• Support formal meetings and governance activity, including coordination and follow up
• Organise events, visits and external engagements
• Maintain accurate records, systems and administrative processes
• Contribute to smooth day to day operations across the organisation

A successful EA to CEOs should have:

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders (C-suite) in an EA or PA capacity
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Calm, reliable and confident working in a fast moving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
