| Description: | Quality Assurance Administrator Location: Redditch Hours: 38 hours per week Salary: Competitive Job Type: Office-based/Occasional travel About the Role: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring our processes, procedures, and products meet internal standards, customer expectations, and relevant regulatory requirements. You will play a key part in managing Returns (RMA) and Defect (DMR) processes, from initial customer or supplier contact through to final resolution, while working closely with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement.
