This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, proactive individual who enjoys being at the heart of a busy customer focused environment. You will be joining a friendly, supportive team where collaboration, attention to detail and great service really matter.

The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working closely with customers, logistics and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Role:

• Handling and processing customer orders via phone and email
• Supporting stock control and investigating delivery discrepancies
• Responding to customer and end-user product and service enquiries
• Assisting with claims and technical administration
• Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
• Working closely with logistics, warehouse and internal sales teams
• Providing day-to-day administrative support across customer accounts

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Confident, professional telephone manner with a customer-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
• Comfortable using systems such as Outlook, Excel and order/CRM systems
• Someone reliable, positive and keen to build a long-term career within a supportive business
