Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to legal teams and senior professionals.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with billing processes and expense reporting.
• Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

A successful Legal PA should have:
