| Description: | Customer Service Manager - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full time, permanent role, ideal for somebody who is looking to develop their career with a market leading contractor. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the full customer service function for the Repairs & Maintenance Contractor, including planning / scheduling, customer care, and complaint handling. You will manage a team of Customer Service Advisors and Planners, to ensure customers are in receipt of a satisfactory level of customer service exceeding customers' expectations. Key Criteria:
