Medical Receptionist / Administrator

Role: Medical Receptionist

Salary: 13- 15 per hour

Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Working days: Fully office based, Monday to Friday

Hours: 8am-5pm

What You'll Do:

• Greeting patients and guests with a friendly smile.
• Managing busy appointment schedules promptly.
• Handling patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Assisting with administrative tasks using in-house database systems.
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.

• Previous front of house reception and administrative experience.
• A warm, bubbly personality that makes patients feel at ease.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
