Description:

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join Nottingham City Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the Oracle Fusion HR system, including HR, establishment, and position data

  • Carry out routine and ad-hoc data quality checks, identifying and correcting discrepancies

  • Support the monitoring and management of shared HR inboxes and query systems

  • Assist with the production of HR reports, dashboards, and routine data outputs

  • Provide project and administrative support across the HR Management Team and wider HR & EDI service

  • Ensure all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and data governance requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience using Oracle Fusion HR, including updating and maintaining HR data

  • Strong Excel skills, with confidence working with formulas and large datasets

  • Good general IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
