SALARY UP TO £35K PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our fast-paced transport office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in transport and logistics, with the potential to progress into a Transport Manager role.

The Role

You ll be at the heart of our daily operations, working closely with drivers, planners, and customers to keep everything running smoothly.

The role involves:

• Direct contact with our customer base

• Assisting with day-to-day transport operations and scheduling

• Handling enquiries, bookings, and job updates

• Using transport and office IT systems (training provided where needed)

• Supporting compliance and general office administration

The Person

We re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and able to work well under pressure

• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues

• Computer literate (email, spreadsheets, and transport systems)

• Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn

• Genuinely interested in developing a career in transport management
