Are you an Administrator or similar with a background scheduling or working with Engineers, looking for a Monday to Friday role on a fixed-term basis with great benefits and great environment?
This company are sub-contracted to supply maintenance and admin staff for a busy distribution facility owned by one of the largest companies in the world, this is a long standing rolling contract between the two companies with an employment guarantee written into your contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for general day to day administrative tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the engineering team, carrying out the gathering, processing and analysis of onsite services and placing / processing orders for stock and supplies for the site and also raising / tracking and processing invoices and purchase orders.
This role will be suited to an Administrator with a background working in an Engineering environment, looking for a Monday - Friday role for the next 12 months as a minimum.
The Role: General Administrative tasks Supporting Engineering department Ensure smooth running of site Track and Log business critical information Monday to Friday 07:30 -17:30 (Flexi 8 hour day)
The Person: Administrative Background Proficient with Microsoft Excel Happy working with Engineering teams Commutable to Lutterworth
