Warehouse Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, focused, and passionate about precision? We re looking for motivated individuals to become part of our Warehouse Administration team. You ll work in one of these key areas based on business needs and your strengths: Prepping, Scanning, Export, or Quality Control.

Your Role Could Include:

Prepping
Prepare files for digital processing by removing clips, smoothing papers, and organizing documents into categories and subcategories for scanning.

Scanning
Operate high-speed scanners to digitize documents accurately. Ensure barcodes and numbers match to maintain data integrity.

Export / Quality Control
Verify document eligibility, check accuracy, and file in numerical order. Precision and consistency are essential to deliver the right product at the right time.

What We re Looking For:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, focused, and able to follow processes precisely

Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 5 PM 3 AM
• £12.50 - £14.25 per hour
