Civils Admin

CBUL are seeking a proactive and organised Civils Administrator to support the daily operations of our civils work group delivering essential infrastructure services. This is a key role in ensuring smooth coordination, accurate record-keeping, and high standards of customer service and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, ideally within utilities or civils.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and participating in OOH rotas.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management systems (e.g., Waterworx, Big Change).
