Temporary Administrator

This role would suit a college leaver or graduate. An exciting opportunity to join a unique business in the heart of beautiful countryside with a good prospect of a permanent position. The role is 37 hours per week 8.30am to 4.30pm (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am to 4pm (Friday) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Administrator duties include:-

• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Company s integrated management systems.
• Maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions and quality records.
• Prepare reports for the QHSE Manager.
• Record and file documents.
• Complete project certification packs.
