Headteachers PA - 4 week contract

Interaction Education are pleased to currently be recruiting for a great school in Tower Hamlets in their search for a PA to the Headteacher on a 4 week contract to see them through until the Christmas break of 2025.

This role would suit someone who is the current holder of a DBS on the update service ONLY and who is ready to start immediately in a 4 week temporary role.

The key responsibilities for this role are below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Headteacher s diary, appointments, and correspondence.

• Act as the first point of contact for staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders.

• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting packs.

• Minute key meetings and ensure actions are tracked and completed.

• Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Coordinate school events, visits, and staff communications on behalf of the Headteacher.

• Support with administrative tasks relating to governance, compliance, and school operations.

Person Specification:

• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role (education experience desirable).

• Excellent written skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Proficient in office software and comfortable learning school systems.
