Administration Assistant
Manchester City Centre
£14.29 per hour
9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
Working 9th to 12th December and 15th to 19th December and potentially some hours in January

You must be able to commit to these hours and have worked within an office previously in an administrative role.

This position will involve:

• Answering phones and email queries.
• Raising purchase orders for suppliers & subcontractors.
• Filing digital documents in relevant places.
• Reconciling/processing invoices.
• Gathering information for Operations & Maintenance Manual.
• Contacting suppliers & subcontractors.
• Point of contact for internal teams.
