Introduction

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves handling logistics queries, providing quotations to new and existing business customers, and managing data entry that generates invoices.



Key Duties

  • Answer the telephone and deal with day-to-day enquiries from existing and new clients.

  • Provide quotations for new customers and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Communicate effectively with all departments within the office.

  • Create invoices for orders through data entry.

  • Maintain records of enquiries, orders, and payments using Catalyst CRM.

  • Capture and manage data in line with GDPR guidelines.

  • Support the wider organisation with project administration tasks.



Requirements

  • Experience in office administration or similar role (implied).

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in data entry and using CRM systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Team player with attention to detail.
