We are currently recruiting for an additional Administrator to support our daily Warehouse operations through accurate order processing, stock control, reporting, and communication based at our Penny Emma Way site in Sutton- in- Ashfield.

WHAT OUR ADMINISTRATORS DO:
  • Print orders daily and prepare excel reports
  • Update teams and Maintain spreadsheets and process movements on SAP
  • Book in stock and returns promptly working along side goods in to ensure that stock has been processed
  • Complete stock/location checks and assist with QC photo searches.
  • Process scrap records
  • Action urgent production deliveries when needed for customer orders
  • Prepare end-of-shift inputs and send 2-hour updates to management

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR ADMINISTRATORS:
  • Strong organisational, accuracy, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills with strong spreadsheet competency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive and self-sufficient with a high level of initiative
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
