Are you a receptionist that wants to work for one of the UK's leading modelling agencies that regularly exhibits at Paris, London and New York fashion weeks?

Do you want to work a for a business with fantastic staff retention, in house and external training facilities and a business that puts its staff well being at the heart of all decision making?

In this role you will be the first point of contact for in person and on the telephone enquiries from models, booking agents and potential clients. There will be general administration tasks and some PA work to help support the Directors.

This business have a great industry reputation and pride themselves on not only being talent management but more aligned with career architects meaning they help people from all backgrounds and experience level achieve their career goals.

The ideal candidate will be organised and professional, have good command of Office 365 and have a interest or passion for the modelling / fashion industry.

THE ROLE:

• Be the point of contact for phone calls and in-person visits
• Use Microsoft 365 for general admin activities
• Help manage Directors diaries via Outlook
• Work across different time zones when required

THE PERSON:

• Receptionist or similar experience
• Commutable distance to Holborn
• Happy to work 9-5 and accept occasional calls outside of these hours
