Location: Marylebone
Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: 1st December 2025

Duration: ongoing

Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 - fully office based Monday - Friday - no hybrid working

Pay: 14.47 p/h

What You'll Do:
As an Office Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day office activities with a cheerful disposition.
• Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
• Maintaining office supplies and inventory, so our team is always well-equipped.
• Assisting in the on boarding of new staff members, creating a welcoming environment.
• Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, showcasing our friendly culture.
• Collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• A positive attitude and a passion for organisation!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
• Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role is a plus.
• The space includes six floors and two basement levels, which means a lot of movement between areas
