Repairs admin:
Actioning further works and parts reports
Ordering parts from the parts centre
Raising purchase orders
Taking calls from residents regarding further works
Booking appointments and allocating engineers
Liaising with other teams and clients
Repairs inbox / emails from residents clients and managers
