Administrator

A well-established company in the Rubery area are seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent long-term opportunity to work for a highly reputable business.

Your responsibilities as Administrator will include -

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and the wider team.
• Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and manage project documentation.
• Maintain and update the in-house database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate installation dates and liaise with clients and suppliers to streamline processes.
• Monitor and action tasks via the shared admin email system
• Handle general office administration while prioritising multiple tasks effectively.

Ideally you will have the following skills & experience -

• Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
• Excellent IT skills including using CRM systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

On offer for this Administrator role -

• Temp-to-perm role starting immediately
• Monday - Friday office-based hours (4:30pm finish)
• Paying 25-27,500p/a
