Description:	Our client is a leading world-wide formulator, manufacturer and marketer of technology-driven specialty chemicals and other products related to its area of expertise. We are looking for a strong and well organised administrator Based at the Dukinfield site, this role will involve: General Office Management Dealing with General Post and telephone calls. Ensuring post is sent on to the relevant Plant and Country Liaise with Accounts Payable (Portugal) regarding overdue payment of Invoices Maintaining Holiday files Maintaining absence files and records together with Return-to-Work Interviews. Collate Overtime and exceptions to forward to Payroll co-ordinator - beginning of the month Should there be Temp labour - complete Time Sheets and send to Agency on weekly basis. Support Dukinfield Team in Audits Policies & procedures Organise meetings and arrange travel Order Stationery & supplies for the Plant Co-ordinate with IT to ensure that equipment is working efficiently and that problems are logged appropriately. Work with IT when there are server issues or other onsite problems that need local input. Support Team with Travel arrangements Manage office equipment leases. SAP - A knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not necessary as Training would be given - Processing Purchase Order Numbers. To meet the demands of this broad-based role you will need the following: The ability to work independently with little direction as well as working within a team environment A hands-on approach attitude Excellent Interpersonal skills Computer literacy inc. Word and Excel Start Date: 26th November Hourly Rate & working hours: Part-time Weekly hours (around 20) £14 per hour
