Salary: 25,000 - 26,000 dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday: 09.00 - 17.30 (1 hour lunch break)

Location: Luton (fully on site)

Key Responsibilities: Sales Administrator

• Administrative Support: Process quotes and orders efficiently, providing essential support to the sales team.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and monitoring of orders and back orders until completion.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Dynamics Software.
• Report Preparation: Assist in the creation of sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience: Sales Administrator

• Demonstrable experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
