Travail are recruiting for a Service Administrator for a family-owned Company that retains that "family feel" where policy is to promote staff from within ensuring that managers and representatives all have grassroots experience.

As a Service Administrator, you will:

  • Be Administration support to Workshop and Service Departments for multi-site operation.
  • Be responsible for arranging training and booking accommodation.
  • Process external and internal invoices for workshop costs.
  • Process warranty claim credits.
  • Data entry of all information in to Excel and bespoke databases.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience with Service administration and an understanding of invoicing and accounts.
  • Have experience in a heavy data entry role.
  • Be conscientious and diligent with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Be experienced with working to challenging deadlines.
  • Must be computer literate inc excellent skills with Excel.
  • Have a full UK driving licence and transport due to location.

Hours for the role of Service Administrator are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 40 hours per week.

This role would suit anyone from the warranty, service, aftersales, claims processor, data entry specialist industry
