- Respond clearly and politely to customer requests
- Prepare, file, and maintain client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Update and manage databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools
- Coordinate and follow up on communications with partners and French public bodies
- Draft professional correspondence and emails in both French and English The candidate:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, and IT tools in general
- Inquisitive and proactive, with a genuine desire to learn and embrace new challenges
- Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
