Senior Sales Administrator

Overview

Axi Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established FMCG business based in Hull. Our client is seeking a pro-active and results-driven Senior Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

As the Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective management of key account customers. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure a high level of customer service.

Job Details

• Receive and process sales orders.
• Review customer orders and ensure all details are correct.
• Ensure documentation is completed and complaint with export regulations.
• Regular communication with customers providing updates.
• Liaise with shipping carries and freight forwarders to arrange shipments.
• Provide customers with shipping and tracking updates.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, addressing customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals and sales contracts for customers.
• Acting as point of contact for customers, support with any enquiries or queries.

Experience

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales Administration or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work to deadlines and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge with exports/ import regulations and shipping processes is a plus.
• Experience with using Microsoft Office package including Excel.
