Description:

I'm recruiting for a brilliant Procurement / Purchasing Administrator role, ideal for someone with admin or office experience, or anyone who has transferable skills and who's looking for a long-term opportunity!



Key Details

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour / 25,400 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8am-6pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (long-term applicants only - no stop gaps)
Start Date: January
Location: Fully office based



About the Role

My client is looking for a switched-on, detail-focused individual to support their procurement team. You don't need direct procurement experience - just good admin skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, "can do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and processing purchase orders

  • Managing and checking invoices

  • Preparing reports for the accounts team

  • Using systems such as Oracle

  • General admin duties to support the wider procurement function



What My Client Is Looking For

  • Previous office or administrative experience

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • Someone proactive, quick to learn, and confident using systems

  • A positive attitude and willingness to help
