What will you be doing?
  • Be the first point of contact by phone and email for the Compliance and Safeguarding Team;
  • Keep an up to date record of anti-doping education for British Cycling staff and riders (where relevant);
  • Keep an up to date and thorough record of British Cycling riders on anti-doping testing pools;
  • Monitor the UKAD whereabouts system (ADAMS) and carry out routine weekly spot checks on British Cycling riders;
  • Assist the Compliance Manager with any Major Games anti-doping education;
  • Ensure that the stock of anti-doping testing kits is maintained, and coordinate the distribution of anti-doping equipment to events selected for testing by the International Testing Agency (ITA) or other relevant testing authority.
  • Administer and coordinate the online Disclosure and Barring Service process and ensure the system is up to date and accurate.
  • Administer a monitoring system to ensure all relevant British Cycling members and clubs are compliant with the safeguarding requirements.
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • An individual who will uphold the values of British Cycling
  • Ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience of working within a busy, diverse environment
  • IT literate - with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
