We are looking for a candidate with a strong experience in Care and would like to grow in an administrative role. Location: Amersham Job type: Permanent- Full time( you will have high chances for overtime) EstimatedWorking Hours: 9am - 5pm (expected to be flexible for work) Salary - £24,400-£25,000/annual, based on experience Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, paid by PAYE
As a domiciliary care administrator, you will be responsible for following:
  • Arranging all care trainings and keeping track records of all caregivers to keep their training up to date.
  • Making schedules and arranging care givers for each client.
  • Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis, including clients calls, emails and in-person meetings.
  • Drafting documentations (as required)
  • Ensuring all documents are recorded on the data base
  • To attend a client in case a care giver is not available
  • Keep track of progress of each care giver
We are looking for following skills and experience in a candidate:
  • The candidate must have previous care experience, preferably a Care Certificate (level 2 or 3)
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • UK Driving License
  • UK right to work
  • Enhance DBS (if you don't have one, you can get one once selected)
