| Description: | Endoscopy Senior Administrator Full Time 37.5 Hours An exciting opportunity has arisen within Digestive Disease Care Group for an experienced Administrator to join the Endoscopy Unit Main duties of the jobThe main duty of this role is to work within our Endoscopy waiting list team but also provide cover when needed on both reception desks at Castle Hill Hospital and Hull Royal Infirmary. The role will require working as part of a team. You will be responsible for the booking of patients to meet National diagnostic and 18 week Referral To Treatment targets. You will be required to provide efficient and effective administration support within the department and this role requires attention to detail, data quality and accuracy; you will be required to work evenings and weekends flexibly to fit the needs of the service. This is a demanding role working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential together with the ability to work well under pressure.
