Job Title: Lead Environmental Administrator
Location: Stafford, Midlands.
Salary / Benefits: £19k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Environmental Administrator through to Lead Environmental Administrator

Our client is a well established environmental company looking for a driven and dynamic Lead Environmental Administrator to develop with their fast growing business. The successful candidate will be self motivated and will have experience working in an office/operations management position within either asbestos, legionella or compliance settings. The candidate will have a proven track record of scheduling works for site staff, bookkeeping and managing the company's fleet of vehicles. The role suits a switched on individual who is looking for an opportunity to build a department within a growing successful organisation.

• Will ideally come from an asbestos / water treatment background.
• Must hold good organisational skills.
• Will have experience working within an administration position.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

• Organise projects and book work for site staff.
• Aide managers and other colleagues with day to day duties.
• Assign work to site staff.
• Look after the business vehicle fleet.
• Complete, proofread and update reports and the database.
• Communicate with clients and site staff, ensuring that all issues are dealt with.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Undertake general day to day administration tasks.
