Senior Administrator - Static Data

We have a new vacancy available for an experienced team player to join a busy Static Data team and help maintain effective administration and client service for the team.

• Ensure timely response to investor queries and maintain all systems, records and documentation.
• Process all change requests accurately and liaise directly with the Client, Investors and their representatives, as well as interaction across internal teams, including fund admin, KYC/CDD and other operational teams across several jurisdictions.

• Relevant industry background.
• Confident working with different data management systems.
• Detail-focused with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to liaise confidently and effectively with both clients and colleagues.
