We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive/Admin to support daily HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, onboarding, timesheets, travel, and learning initiatives. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Manage employee onboarding - offer letters, documentation, HR files, and database updates.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and support.

• Track and manage timesheets, client approvals, and company assets.

• Coordinate onsite travel, visa processing, and employee letters.

• Support learning and development programmes and employee engagement activities.

• Assist in HR communications, culture-building, and ad-hoc admin projects.

• 1-3 years of HR or admin experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel / HR systems (Odoo preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
