Description:

Our client is a national asbestos company providing a range of asbestos services to a nationwide portfolio of clients. This company is now recruiting for an experienced and organised Asbestos Administrator based in and around the London area. The successful candidate will come from a strong asbestos background with experience supporting the smooth running of the administrative team, carrying out duties such as providing quotes, scheduling site staff and processing paperwork. Consideration will be given to applications from Croydon, Epsom, Bromley, Orpington and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous administrative/office experience within the asbestos industry is essential.
  • Experience scheduling asbestos site staff on a national scale.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • The ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
Duties of the Role
  • Overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • Diary management for asbestos surveying staff.
  • Scheduling of works and diary management.
  • Entering data, analysing, and checking reports.
  • Processing paperwork including quotations, invoices, time sheets, etc.
  • Producing, checking and collating reports.
  • Liaising with clients and sending out certificates.
  • Maintenance of internal and external databases.
  • Supporting Contracts Managers.
  • Any other administration duties as required.
