The post holder will play an important role in providing efficient and comprehensive administration, accurate admin and clerical support to operational and clinical teams within our Integrated and Community Care Service (Community Nursing). This will include an ability to deal with a high volume of calls, staffing rota's, equipment audits, supporting new starters, ordering both stationery and clinical supplies in a pressured environment, having a good standard of English to format letters/documents, office experience and accurate data inputting skills are essential. You will be expected to manage and prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate must be able to build effective working relationships, with a professional, confident and mature attitude. The successful candidate must be flexible and adaptable to change. The post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to undertake cross site working to cover annual leave/sickness to meet the needs of the service.
