Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and emails
• Assisting customers with online hire bookings and queries
• Providing updates on order status and delivery times
• Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within business-to-business (B2B)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
