Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and care
Processing orders and bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are correct
Meeting call handling targets and responding promptly to all queries
Maintaining up-to-date customer records and following company procedures
Ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to safety and service standards
