A growing and dynamic business based in Chesterfield is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy and expanding sales department. This is a newly created role due to continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team.
Your new roleAs Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the internal sales function and ensuring excellent customer service. Reporting to a busy Sales Director and working closely with the wider sales team, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
• Producing complex customer quotations
• Intermediate level Excel needed ( including V look up)
• Providing updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines
• Supporting commercial administration and internal sales processes
• Handling customer queries and building strong business relationships
• Producing sales reports and analysis using Excel
• Assisting with customer engagement and internal reporting

• Previous experience in a sales administration or internal sales support role
• Strong order processing and quote production skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Good working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (desirable)
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
