Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions over the phone, scheduling appointments, coordinating engineer visits, and maintaining accurate data across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments and respond to customer queries.
• Schedule engineers efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update internal systems with accurate customer and job data.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
