Our client is seeking an Office Support Manager to oversee the smooth running of their office and support the team across operations, tech, HR, and culture.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and supplies
  • Coordinate tech setups, travel arrangements, and health & safety compliance
  • Support HR with onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, and documentation
  • Organise company events, team-building activities, and social gatherings
  • Provide admin support to leadership and marketing teams
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in office management and IT coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Excel)
