We are currently recruiting for a HR/Recruitment Administrator, to join the team at a busy and expanding Engineering based in Sutton in Ashfield.

This is a Temporary Contract with an unknown/ongoing duration.

Pay & Job Details

• £12.50p/h

• Monday to Friday

• 39 hours paid per week

• 08.00am start 16.30 finish

• Early finish on Friday s

• Free onsite parking

The Role HR/Recruitment Administrator

As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• All Administration relating to the acquisition of new recruits to the companies

• Using templates for the creation of; Offer Letters, Contracts of Employment etc

• Managing the collection and validation of Right to Work documents

• Posting vacancies internally

• Support with facilitating Recruitment Events

• Employee Engagement activities

• Assisting with co-ordinating Training

• Supporting with Induction and the On-Boarding of all new hires

• Excellent administration and organisational skills

• Strong relationship management skills

• Confidence to reach out and ask about anything you don t know

Desirable:

• Previous HR or Recruitment experience
