| Description: | Tiger Private are in search of a Travelling Private PA with a strong background in delivering round-the-clock support to high-profile and UHNW clients. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, where the chosen candidate will act as the representative for the high profile individual in both their business and personal affairs. The primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support to the principal, including managing multiple inboxes, handling ad hoc requests, organising intricate travel arrangements, and sourcing and booking accommodation. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating meticulous packing arrangements for all travel engagements, collaborating closely with stylists to ensure each look is impeccably curated, down to the finest details. Maintaining the highest standards, you'll oversee the packing of all wardrobe items. Ideally the chosen candidate will be well-versed in coordinating private air travel for the principal, their friends, family, and staff, as well as organising meetings, business and personal appointments, and schedules, often spanning different time zones (with frequent travel to the US). You will be tasked with managing contact lists, professional networks, GLAM, and stylists, ensuring consistently positive relationships. It is important the chosen candidate has in depth knowledge of Social media (e.g. Instagram) and has a keen interest in fashion, as a large part of the role will be working alongside PR teams. You will act as the key liaison between the principal, business managers, agents, production companies, and various charities, handling the principals personal purchases, acting as the lynchpin between both personal and business projects. This multifaceted role extends beyond simply supporting the principal; the principal is a dedicated philanthropist, actively involved in numerous charitable endeavours worldwide. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Private PA to excel in a rewarding role. Although the principals main residence is in Hampstead, it is vital you have the flexibility to travel at short notice for weeks at a time. Tiger is B Corp Certified.
